Data protection

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

 

Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

 

Access data

The website operator or website provider collects data about access to the website and saves it as "server log files". The following data is logged in this way:

  • Time at the time of access

  • Amount of data sent in bytes

  • Source / reference from which you came to the page

  • Browser used

  • Operating system used

  • IP address used

  • The data collected are only used for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to retrospectively check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.

Web analysis - Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, USA. Cookies are used for this, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.  You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved.  We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing agreement with the provider.  Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymized immediately. This means that only a rough localization is possible.  The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission with the USA, the "Privacy Shield".  The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.  Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.  The user data is stored for a period of 26 months.

 

Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website to show our location and to create directions. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.  Through certification according to the EU-US data protection shield ("EU-US Privacy Shield")  https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active  Google guarantees that the EU's data protection requirements will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.  In order to enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is accessed.  If you call up the Google Maps component integrated in our website, Google will save a cookie on your device via your internet browser. Your user settings and data are processed in order to display our location and to create directions. We cannot rule out that Google uses servers in the USA.  The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit.f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of our website.  Through the connection to Google established in this way, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are to be sent.  If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Google reCAPTCHA

On our website, we use Google reCAPTCHA to check and avoid interactions on our website through automated access, e.g. through so-called bots. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.  Through certification according to the EU-US data protection shield ("EU-US Privacy Shield")  https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active  Google guarantees that the EU's data protection requirements will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.  With this service, Google can determine from which website a request is being sent and from which IP address you are using the so-called reCAPTCHA input box. In addition to your IP address, Google may also collect further information that is necessary for the offer and the guarantee of this service.  The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit.f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our website and in the defense against undesired, automated access in the form of spam or similar.

Our legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of our website.  Through the connection to Google established when you visit our website, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the representation of the font is to be transmitted.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
